This website provides general information about Posthaste Solutions LLC. Website content is not a binding offer, guarantee, service commitment, promise of capacity, or representation that a pending credential has been approved.
Quotes and service authorization
A quote request begins a review; it does not confirm pricing, availability, acceptance, capacity, or service. Work begins only after authorized written confirmation identifies the approved scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, and applicable terms.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate route, timing, cargo, access, handling, safety, and compliance information and must have authority to provide submitted information. Restricted, illegal, unsafe, or inaccurately described items may be declined.
Tracking information
Portal updates are limited customer-facing operational information and may reflect the latest approved entry in the company system. Contact Posthaste when immediate, contractual, or legally significant confirmation is required. Access codes may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Payments
Online payment availability is shown in the customer portal. An accepted quote and applicable contract control the invoice amount, due date, payment method, and any advance payment. Government customers must follow their contract or agency invoicing instructions. For commercial invoices, Square's hosted checkout may be used when specified in the approved payment instructions. A payment click or return to this website does not confirm settlement; Posthaste verifies payment against processor and bank records. Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes, or bank-login credentials through a Posthaste form, email, or text. Verify any unexpected change to payment instructions by calling the number on your signed agreement.
Protected business materials
Posthaste names, branding, software, nonpublic workflows, pricing methods, operating procedures, scripts, templates, playbooks, provider criteria, customer information, system configurations, and other nonpublic business materials are confidential or proprietary as applicable. Public descriptions explain the customer experience and service standard; they do not disclose or grant rights to Posthaste's internal operating method.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, republish, misrepresent, reverse engineer, scrape, probe, bypass access controls, use another person's credentials, disrupt service, access restricted information, or use Posthaste materials to impersonate the company or reproduce its nonpublic methods. No license is granted except the limited right to use the public website for its intended purpose.
